Refund policy

PRIHU Enterprises sells artwork, paintings, artistic drawings through its online store.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped or prepared. Once the order is ready, cancellation may not be possible.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect art, they should contact PRIHU Enterprises within 48 hours of delivery with the order details and supporting photographs/videos. After verification, an eligible replacement or refund will be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
